We tend to use original replacement parts except in situations where they may not be available from the vendor or they are very expensive. When we repair, we do not just fix the main problem only, we also check other parts of the TV for any problems that are common with that model and perform important upgrades if suggested by the manufacturer. By doing this, we can prevent other problems that may occure in future. We are stocked with the most frequent replacement parts. All repairs are covered with a three month warranty. There is also the ability to buy an extended warranty of up to one year. All units must be tested for a minimum of 24 hours after the repair is completed, or the unit will not be covered under our warranty. Estimate Fee The estimate fee must be paid in advance. For that cost, we will inspect your unit and determine what part of the TV is not working properly and needs repair. Estimates are usually very accurate; however, we can-not guarantee its accuracy for all cases. For example, if your TV does not power up, there is no way to tell if the color circuits are working properly or not. Sometimes we have to repair a broken circuit in order to provide you with the correct estimate; otherwise, we are limited in our ability to test equipment and discover non-working circuits. The estimate fee is always deducted from the final cost of the repair.
