Virus Removal BASIC Package - $49 + PST

With this package, we will eliminate viruses or other software-related problem by secure deletion of your hard drive and installation of a fresh operating system. This plan also includes basic hardware testing that we perform before starting installation. If we detect any hardware-related problem noisy fan, hard drive problems, CD/DVD drive that does not read disks properly, and so on you will be informed before we continue with the repair.

Please note that this package does not include any data backup and that all files on your computer will be deleted. The customer should bring the computer tower only; we do not need your monitor, keyboard, mouse, printer, or any cables. Also, please bring all your original disks that came with your computer (Genuine Windows installation disk, disks with drivers, and so on). Some computers come with programs pre-installed and without disks; let us know if this is the case.
If you do not have Genuine Windows operating system, we can help. You will be given the option to upgrade to Genuine Windows or switch to a free Linux-based operating system.

About our virus cleaning warranty (optional)

If during the warranty period your computer gets reinfected we will fix it free of charge. We will restore your computer to the state it was in when you picked it up from our shop for the first time. You just have to bring your computer to us and pick it up, usually next day, free of charge as long as you warranty is valid.
