This package is for businesses or individuals with important programs or data where standard "formatting" (deleting) does not apply as an option.

Our advanced package is more than just a simple antivirus scan. With this plan we do not delete anything except viruses and junk files. This means that all your installed programs, emails and important data will not be lost.

Why should I choose this plan?

Let's say if you are lawyer or bookkeeper. You have your client database as well as many other important data and programs in your computer. You probably spent years entering this data and now virus infection is preventing you from continuing to use your computer. For you these data are most likely extremely important in your business.
In this situation we will remove infections only and after that you will be able to continue to use your computer, data and programs.

With this plan we will also test your computer hardware and manually clean all active viruses, even unknown ones that your antivirus program missed! There is always a number of viruses that antivirus software does not detect and they can be used to monitor your activities or steal your data. By working closely with antivirus vendors we are able to identify such files in your computer, submit them to an antivirus vendor to protect you against reinfection, and finally remove the viruses from your computer.
We do not stop here. After cleaning your computer we will repair security related damage that was caused by trojans or hackers and protect your machine in order to prevent them from accessing your system again. This is very important otherwise the door will remain open and they will come back!

If your computer is infected with certain type of malware where we suspect that a hacker has already gained access to your computer, we will inform you so you can contact your bank in case that you used your computer for online banking or purchases.
Please note that there is a very low percent of viruses that will actually delete your data, if we find one on your computer we will attempt to recover your data if needed.

About our virus cleaning warranty (optional)

If during the warranty period your computer gets reinfected we will fix it free of charge. We will restore your computer to the state it was in when you picked it up from our shop for the first time. You just have to bring your computer to us and pick it up, usually next day, free of charge as long as you warranty is valid.
No other company in Windsor provides this type of warranty!
